- Elliott orders will be sent by SF Express. Please fill-in the correct shipping contact and address when ordering.
- Standard delivery service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Outlying Islands. This service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Islands.
- Upon receipt of your order form, we will confirm and process it as soon as possible. Package and send out within 3-5 working days. In general, you will receive the package you ordered within 3-14 working days after the order is confirmed.
- Delivery date is subjected to possible delay due to delivery schedule arrangement and weather condition without prior notice. Final delivery date is subjected to S.F. Express’s schedule.
- Delivery will be suspended if Black Rainstorm Signal/Typhoon No. 8 or above is hoisted. Delivery will be rescheduled.
Elliott will not hold any responsibility for any failed deliveries due to the following reasons:
- Unavailability of recipient at the specified address on the specified date.
- An incorrect address provided by customers
- The information of recipients is not sufficient.
- The telephone no. of recipients is incorrect.
